These eight 20-minute yoga practices will wake you up or settle you down. "AM" classes are designed specifically to get you moving into your day feeling grounded and energized with positive vibes. "PM" classes help you fall asleep easier and stay asleep once you're down.

60-minute practices designed to pacify the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve sleep and digestion, creating harmony through body, mind, and spirit.

Whether you are just getting started or have built a good practice over time, this class will guide you from foundation to fullness in traditional peak poses by focusing on alignment, intention, mechanics, and breath.  Each class intention is based on one of the ten ethical disciplines of yoga, bringing greater purpose to your poses.

This 7-class series is a perfect overview of the chakra system. Each class defines where one chakra is and its main attributes. Then the asana sequence is designed to energetically charge and release each area, leaving you feeling grounded and balanced. Start to notice where you have excesses and deficiencies in your life patterning so you can build new patterns of balance and peace.
