In the first half of 2021 I’m offering two courses.

1. CHAKRA SAVVY: Reset Your Life Game Plan is a 21 week immersive journey through all 7 chakras that includes weekly classes, life labs and a tool kit box mailed to you for each chakra.

2. Donation-based Hatha Yoga will continue as our sure and steady practice every Tuesday and Thursday.

During the Virtual Open House you’ll experience a week of Chakra Savvy, and two Hatha classes. Check it all out and choose the path that speaks to your heart for 2021!

Monday, 1/11, 9-10am CST:  CHAKRA SAVVY: Therapeutic Application of Chakra Yoga 

Calm your mind and nerves to a delicious point of ease and reflection. Take the time to see how the upheaval of 2020 affected you, and learn chakra yoga practices, meditations, mantras, and pranayama to harmonize your life, inside and out. 

 

Tuesday, 1/12  9-10:15am CST: All Levels Hatha Yoga 
Balance to your life within.  Stay sane in the changing world around you. Every class has a relevant intention, alignment, and healing. There will be flow and stillness.  There will be laughter and tears.  We'll fall down, and we'll get back up. We'll find balance, and connect to Divine.

 

Wednesday, 1/13: CHAKRA SAVVY  Life Lab Video Recording

Each chakra has a corresponding Tool Kit that comes in the mail.  On this recording, see Jess unpack the first kit and demonstrate how you will use them to apply the techniques taught in Chakra One. Weekly Wednesday videos are mini Life Labs where you learn practices of Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, and other holistic modalities that you can incorporate into your everyday life.

Friday, 1/15, 12:30-1:45pm CST:  CHAKRA SAVVY Chakra Flow

Meet Your Teacher

Jess Goulding

Jess Goulding (E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, YACEP) has been in the body and movement world for thirty years.  Her formative years as an amateur, and later as a professional dancer, teacher, and choreographer, instilled in her a deep, intrinsic understanding of body mechanics, energy management, and experience of Flow. Her continued studies and experience in yoga and spirituality since 2004 have made her an expert in her field of yoga and Yoga Therapy. 

After working closely with and assisting Anodea Judith on two advanced level courses on the Chakra System, she continues to find the chakras to be engaging, applicable, and revelatory.  It is her favorite way to engage in both self-study and self-evolution as she encounters life’s challenges with compassion and healing. Jess deeply enjoys guiding her students through breath, movement, and meditation on the chakras so they can know themselves better and how they relate to the world.
