  • Hatha Yoga, Live on Zoom or On Demand

Weekly classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays have relevant intentions, asana alignment, and spiritual healing. Come early, check in with Jess, see your   community, and make your requests. 

 

  • Calm Your Mind, Lift Your Spirits Therapeutic Yoga

    This 12-class recorded course of 60-minute practices uses breathing instruction, gentle movement, and meditation to create an overall nervous system calming to help ease aches and pains, sleep better, and manage life's daily stresses.

 

  • Elemental Flow

    This 4-class recorded course of 45-minute flow (vinyasa style) practices highlight the first four chakras. Each chakra is associated with an element, and we are using the chakras as our roadmap to igniting the power stored within you.  Release what's blocking you from your potential in feeling safe, flowing with life, manifesting your dreams, and opening your heart. 

 

  • Flow to Lay Low

    This 12-class recorded course of 90-minute hatha flow and restorative classes is designed for getting strong and letting go.  Any time you want to just chill, yin style, skip to the last half hour.  Any time you want to get moving and grooving, do the first hour. For the ultimate, do the full 90 minutes. It's your time, your place, your desire, your pace.

     

  • Strong Foundations

    This 12-class recorded course of 75-minute classes will guide you from foundation to fullness in traditional peak poses. Whether you are just getting started or have built a good practice over time, this class is designed to help you fine tune your poses by focusing on alignment, stability, mechanics, and breath. In addition, each class intention is based on one of the ten ethical disciplines of yoga, bringing knowledge of the yoga teachings and greater purpose to your poses.

Meet your teacher

Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher Jessica Goulding (C-IAYT, E-RYT 500) has been teaching alignment-based contemplative and therapeutic yoga since 2004. She has taught yoga and stress management in a myriad of settings, including churches, colleges, corporate events, corporate retreats, football fields, yoga studios, yoga festivals, client's homes, and most recently, online. She thoroughly enjoys bringing the rich healing methods of yoga to all challenging aspects of life. Jess’s teaching style is both fun and informative, as she meets each student right where they are and takes them deeper into their own personal journey. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, two teenagers, their dog, and a rabbit.
