This weekend retreat is your chance to pause, have some fun, refresh your spirit, and pamper your soul.

Beneath a waxing crescent moon and surrounded by wildflowers, we will consider the seeds we have sown and recognize what is blooming all around us and in our lives, fostering gratitude, amazement, joy, and celebration.

We will release the hurry and embrace the tranquility, all in the blissful company of like-minded and soulful women.

Welcoming Springtime, just after the solar eclipse, embraced by the beauty of the Texas Hill Country, we will tune into the rhythms of nature and let the outside world fade away.

Daily yoga and meditation to move, stretch, release, and revive. You will reconnect with your playfulness and joy in a heartfelt, supportive community of women.

There will be plenty of time to wander, explore and play. You can choose to walk the labyrinth, stroll the nature trail, or hang in the hammocks for some personal rejuvenation time.

Get refreshed in the dipping pools, enjoy the relaxing wood burning sauna or hot tub, take a cold plunge, and much more!

Optional Activities like Horse Yoga and Poly Vagal Massage Therapy make this weekend retreat as open or as full as you desire.

And introducing...

Malas and Mantras:

A workshop to create your mala and bless it with mantra.

This retreat is going to be full of sound and song! Special guest Rebecca Lundy is joining our festivities to guide us in creating a mala bead bracelet, perfect for quick prayers, affirmations, and mantra recitation. Our yoga practices will help us find the right mantra for right now, then infuse the beads with Springtime bliss and divine energy.

Bliss Out Sing-Along

Lift your voice in communal song to raise our vibration, share laughter, and promote healing.

Long time teacher and leader of songs in community and song circles, Rakefet Laviolette will lend her talents to our group and guide us through call and respond lyrics to tap into our inner bliss and let it blossom!

Meet Your Facilitators

Lead Teacher, Jess Goulding (E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, YACEP) has been in the body and movement world for thirty years.  Her formative years as an amateur, and later as a professional dancer, teacher, and choreographer, instilled in her a deep, intrinsic understanding of body mechanics, energy management, and experience of Flow. Her continued studies and experience in yoga and spirituality since 2004 have made her an expert in her field of yoga and Yoga Therapy.   She has led two meaningful international yoga retreats, as well as local retreats, including Walking With Divine Feminine: Yoga and Labyrinth Experience, and WonderFULL: Women's Yoga Retreat for Full Moon Radiance.  Jess deeply enjoys guiding her students through breath, movement, and meditation on spiritual topics so they can know themselves better and how they relate to the world and the Divine.  She is a happily married mother of two teenagers and a Red Heeler dog named Lila.

Retreat Hostess, Angela Kelley has been a student of Jess’ since 2010, and has been part of the Jess G Yoga team since 2019. She brings over 20 years of marketing, event and community building experience to the Jess G team. As Retreat Hostess, she hopes to make each guest know they are loved and seen, and to create an overall delightful experience.

She considers herself a story collector, milkshake connoisseur, and expert roamer. She has a knack for connecting people to what they are seeking, and in her own roaming, she seeks to pay rapt attention to the undertones of life. She believes in the magic combination of serendipity and sagacity, and is always on the lookout for a glimpse of the invisible threads that weave us all together.

Sing-Along Leader, Rakefet Laviolette is dedicated to healing and connection through the power of song. With a background in psychotherapy and a passion for community singing, Rakefet infuses every circle she leads with her compassionate spirit and deep emotional understanding. Believing in the transformative potential of music, she harnesses its ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce stress hormones, and foster a profound sense of empathy and social belonging. As Gabrielle Roth beautifully expressed, "Your voice takes you to your heart," and Rakefet guides others on this transformative journey of self-discovery and healing through the universal language of song.

Mantras and Malas Workshop Leader, Rebecca Lundy has been practicing yoga since 2013 and teaching since 2022. She obtained a teacher's certificate in Foundations of Yoga Therapy in 2019 and graduated from Chakra Savvy™️: Reset Your Life Game Plan. She earned a second 200-hour certification from YogaFaith in 2022 and began teaching.

Her combined love of yoga, prayer, and jewelry-making culminated in creating malas. She is passionate about participating in and leading others in activities to facilitate wholeness in mind, body, spirit, and soul.
