Respite Meditations

Bring Biblical texts into your breath and body for a holistic experience of holy scripture.

Three 25-30-minute moving meditations use current neuroscience and ancient yogic techniques to release tension in your body, calm your mind, and open your spirit for what God is speaking into your life today. You will leave these practices feeling connected, rested, heard, and protected. No yoga materials needed. All meditations are taught seated in a chair, but may be done on a meditation cushion if preferred.
