Fall 2021 Alignment Series
Hatha classes kick off this fall with a return to alignment. Likely your "yoga skills" have gotten a little dusty without a teacher nearby. Use this chance to start from the ground up, remembering how to maximize experience, efficiency, and healing for your own particular bones, muscles, joints, and tissues.
