No need to register ahead.  Just bring yourself and your mat and she'll take it from there! 

Monday morning yoga is included in Online Yoga Membership. OYM members can attend at no extra cost! 

Suggested donation $15 - $20/class. PayPal, Venmo, cash, and checks accepted.
