Bring Biblical texts into your breath and body for a holistic experience of holy scripture.
These three 25-30-minute moving meditations use current neuroscience and ancient yogic techniques to release tension in your body, calm your mind, and open your spirit for what God is speaking into your life today. You will leave these practices feeling connected, rested, heard, and protected. No yoga materials needed. All meditations are taught seated in a chair, but may be done on a meditation cushion if preferred.
Formerly a professional dancer, Jessica Goulding (C-IAYT, E-RYT 50) has been teaching alignment-based contemplative and therapeutic yoga since 2004. She has taught yoga and stress management in a myriad of settings, including churches, colleges, corporate events, corporate retreats, football fields, yoga studios, yoga festivals, client's homes, and most recently, online. She thoroughly enjoys bringing the rich healing methods of yoga to all challenging aspects of life. Jess’s teaching style is both fun and informative, as she meets each student right where they are and takes them deeper into their own personal journey. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, two teenagers, their dog, and a rabbit.
