Embrace the changing rhythms of nature as summer gracefully yields to fall in this special Whispers of the Season Yoga Community Gathering.
Join Jess for an all-levels practice where the warmth of community surrounds you, as the earth cools and the leaves begin their quiet transformation. Flow beside a gently bubbling creek, under the golden light filtering through oak trees, and let the shifting energy of the season invite reflection and renewal.
Afterward, gather with friends, old and new, over light refreshments, and take time to connect with the serenity of 5 Oak Ranch. Explore the labyrinth for a meditative walk, or simply breathe in the fresh air, celebrating both the beauty of nature and the spirit of togetherness in this season of transition.
